Payments for online purchases need to be finalized by either one of the following methods:
GPRS POS – Pay with your card when we get your delivery at your door step.
Cash on Delivery – Pay using cash when we get your delivery at your door. (on the selected products there will be advance of Rs.300 only which will be paid the time of order as per norms)
Online Payment via Credit/Debit Cards – This requires entering your card information within our payment page to be able to process the order.BOV Cash Link Card, HSBC Quick Cash Card, APS Premier Card, VISA Cards, MasterCard Cards.
Special Arrangements may be made for the payment of orders done through the phone or fax.
The prices quoted on StoreQ’s Portal are resale prices and the quality of the products is guaranteed. These prices could be cheaper than the outlet in order to encourage customers to use the site. If for any reason customers are not satisfied with the quality of products delivered please return the goods to StoreQ at the address quoted on the contact page for settlement. Kindly produce your delivery chit as proof of purchase.
The prices and offers on the website may not necessarily be the same as the prices offered at our outlet. Furthermore ‘Special Offers’ made on our site may not necessarily be available at our outlet, in as much as promotional offers made at our outlet may not necessarily be available on the Site.
The prices quoted are all with VAT included.
Delivery service is available to all customers ordering via our website – Please ensure of leaving your contact phone/mobile no on placing your order since our staff will contact you to agree on the best suitable delivery date and time. All orders are concluded in English.
Deliveries are done in all locations in all over India. Please note that all the products will be delivered to your dooestep.
Kindly note that a delivery charge of Rs.99 to Rs,199 will apply for orders below as per norms.
For express deliveries, a delivery charge of Rs.250 applies for orders below 1500.
Deliveries will be carried out from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am to 09:00 pm.
Deliveries will be shipped out within 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
No deliveries will be made out during Stock Taking but will be carried out on the first working date thereafter – stock-taking dates will be announced beforehand on our Site.

If the client would wish to return any item purchased for whatever reason, he/she may do so by returning the goods at our outlet with the receipt. From there onwards, the shop return policy will take place, hence by a credit note. StoreQ Return Policy differs from product to product. This is due to the wide range of items that are in stock.
If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which will be of providing credit, provided that the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
There might be certain periods whereby parts or all websites may not be available due to maintenance work. Pre advance notice will be given to customers through the Site. Should a customer have any difficulty in the use of the website please contact us via e-mail on email@example.com . It could result, that sometimes the site or part thereof may not be available to circumstances beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this could cause.
StoreQ, in conjunction with its IT service provider, have ensured that all appropriate security measures possible have been implemented on this Site. Payments via Credit Cards are made through a highly secure payment gateway approved by the local banks.
Please note that during a sale period, outlets within the scheme have the right to give the value of the product with the original price value.
